This dump is mainly used for the unloading of open-top bulk containers, which can be dumped and stacked directly above the designated unloading location, simplifying the unloading process and saving unloading costs. The spreader consists of an outer hanger that moves with the crane and an inner hanger group that can be turned over in the outer hanger. The spreader is driven by a hydraulic system to lift the open-top container fixed in the inner hanger to the top of the material pile and turn it over, so that the bulk goods in the container are directly dumped and piled up, and the bulk goods in the container can be prevented from contaminating the appearance of the box and causing pollution. This dump is mostly used in ports and terminals, which reduces the unloading loss, dust pollution and unloading cost of bulk container transportation, and is conducive to promoting the development of bulk containerized transportation. The spreader has passed the product inspection of China Classification Society and obtained the national utility model patent, the patent number is ZL 201020254327.9.
